🛋 Where We Deliver & How Much It Costs

At Henry’s Stag, we aim to make delivery as simple and straightforward as possible.

UK Mainland (England & Wales)
We offer delivery throughout Mainland England & Wales for a flat delivery fee of £60. This will be applied automatically at checkout when you select “Delivery” as your shipping option.

For larger orders or multiple furniture pieces, please contact us for a tailored delivery quote.

Scotland & Northern UK
Deliveries to Mainland Scotland and northern areas are available for a flat fee of £80. If you’re ordering more than one item, or located in a remote area, please send us your postcode and item links for a personalised quote.

Ireland & Overseas
We’re happy to provide delivery quotes for Ireland and international destinations. Please contact us with your full address and links to the items you’d like delivered, and we’ll get back to you with options and pricing.

⏱ How Long Will Delivery Take?

Mainland England & Wales:
We aim to deliver within 10–14 working days of your order being processed, depending on your location and courier availability.

Scotland, Cornwall & Remote Areas:
Because deliveries to these areas run less frequently, allow up to 2–4 weeks for arrival. If you need a specific delivery date, just let us know — we’ll do our best to arrange it.

We will always endeavour to try and get you your furniture as quick as we possibly can.

🚚 How Our Delivery Service Works

Once your order is placed:

We’ll book delivery with our trusted furniture couriers.
The courier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window, usually within 2–10 working days of dispatch.
Delivery is typically carried out by a single person, so a little assistance at the property may be required. Please advise us if you require a two-person delivery or help upstairs — additional charges may apply.

Important: Please make sure your item will fit through doorways, staircases, and access points. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns simply because a piece doesn’t fit in your space.

🪑 Smaller Items & Homewares

For smaller décor and accessories that don’t require a courier:

We use tracked postal services for all small items.
Delivery typically takes 3–6 working days.
Tracking information is sent once parcels are dispatched.

If your order contains both large furniture and smaller items, the smaller ones will be delivered free of charge with your furniture delivery.

🚗 Collection Option

Prefer to pick up your items yourself?

Select “Local Collection” at checkout, and all delivery charges will be removed.
We require 48 hours’ notice to prepare your order for collection. Please bring appropriate blankets and straps if you’re transporting large items.
