We’re Matt and Jon — two brothers with a shared passion for well-made furniture and the stories it carries.
Based between West Sussex and the South East, we run a family business dedicated to sourcing and rehoming quality vintage and mid-century pieces. What started as a shared interest has grown into something we genuinely love doing: finding beautiful, characterful furniture and giving it a second life.
Why We Do What We Do
We firmly believe that good furniture deserves to be kept in use — not sent to landfill.
There’s something special about older pieces. They were built in an era when quality, durability and thoughtful design mattered. Solid timber construction, carefully considered proportions, and craftsmanship that was made to last. Mid-century furniture in particular captures this beautifully — clean lines, warm woods and timeless style that still feels relevant today.
By sourcing through house clearances, vintage fairs, private sales and general listings, we’re able to rescue pieces that might otherwise be forgotten and help them find new homes.
Our Approach
Every item we sell is something we would happily have in our own homes.
We carefully inspect and prepare each piece before listing it. While many items are pre-owned and show signs of age — which we feel adds to their charm — we always endeavour to present them in the best possible condition. Any noticeable wear or imperfections are clearly described so you can purchase with confidence.
Honesty and transparency are important to us. Vintage furniture isn’t brand new — and that’s part of its appeal — but it should always be solid, usable and ready for its next chapter.
Viewing & Delivery
Our stock is based in the South East, and viewings are very welcome by appointment. If you’d like to see a piece in person before purchasing, just get in touch.
We can also arrange delivery across most of the UK with a little notice. If you’re unsure about logistics, simply enquire and we’ll do our best to help.
